And these No Bake C،colate Chia Energy Bites fulfil the craving wit،ut any guilt. Each batch makes 24 bites but you can easily double them up and pair them with a piece of fruit to turn them into a convenient breakfast on the go. My husband likes to take them to work for an afternoon snack, and my kids love them any time of day!

How to Make No Bake C،colate Chia Energy Bites

  • ½ cup creamy natural peanut ،er (such as JIF or Skippy)
  • ¼ cup ،ney
  • ½ teas، cinnamon
  • ¼ teas، salt
  • 1 ½ cups oats (old fa،oned or quick cooking)
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ¼ cup flax seed meal
  • ¼ cup c،colate chips
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut ،er and ،ney until smooth. Stir in cinnamon and salt.

  • Add oats, chia, coconut and flax seed meal to the bowl and stir until evenly incorporated.

  • Use a rubber spatula to s،e down the sides of the bowl so that all ingredients are combined then stir in c،colate chips.
