What is the Dunghar Met،d?

Our version is truly a healthy dal makhani recipe, because we use coconut milk instead of heavy cream for a healthy plant based swap. This creates a dal makhani that’s low ،, low calorie, but high in protein, fiber, nutrients – and most important – delicious flavor!
