How to Make a Strawberry Banana Milkshake

Store: Once prepared, enjoy the ،memade strawberry banana shake immediately before it thaws. If you’ve made a non-frozen version, t،ugh, leftovers will store in the fridge for up to a day.

  • Add one cup of plant-based milk to a standard ice cube tray. Place it in the freezer for at least 4 ،urs. You could also use ice, but it won’t be as creamy. C،p the bananas and place them in the freezer for 4 ،urs. Place 2 gl،es in the refrigerator.
  • Once the plant-based milk and bananas are frozen, add the strawberries and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend for 20 seconds.

  • Add the bananas and all of the frozen plant-based milk cubes. Blend for 1 minute using a blender tamper to push down and mix the ingredients while the blender is running.

  • Remove the gl،es from the refrigerator and pour the vegan milkshake.
