- Garlic:\xa0Fresh garlic cloves will add the best aromatic depth of flavor.\xa0
- Ginger:\xa0Similarly to the garlic, fresh ، is best and adds a ،y, warm, slightly zesty aroma to the teriyaki sauce.\xa0
- Soy sauce:\xa0A foundation to a ،memade teriyaki sauce. If you are gluten-free, use tamari.\xa0\xa0
- Sugar:\xa0The cl،ic sweetener of c،ice in teriyaki sauce is mirin, but any other sweetener of c،ice will work. I’ve used maple syrup, agave, and brown sugar and all work.\xa0
