Ingredients
- Crostini: Any thin, crusty bread will work well, like a baguette. Many grocery stores will even sell bags pre-sliced to save you more time!
- Big O’ Smoke،use dip: I used their newest smoked grouper spread, for it’s tangy, lime-infused flavor. It pairs really well with the dill! They also have a whitefish, salmon, shrimp, and rainbow trout spread you can experiment with.
- Red onion: Adds wonderful color and bright flavor to the crostini.
- Tomato: Juicy, bright, umami taste for the appetizer.
- Capers: A strong salty, briny flavor, so a little goes a long way! But they taste great with seafood.
- Dill: Somewhat sweet, lemony, and vi،nt flavor to balance out some of the salty flavors in the dish.
