How to Make a Chicken Enchilada C،erole

It’s just like making enchiladas but wit،ut rolling any tortillas. Scroll to the bottom of the post for the full recipe card.

  • Prep the oven. Preheat it to 400F.
  • Sautée the onions. Add the olive oil, onions, and garlic to a large cast-iron s،et over medium-high heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until softened.
  • Add ،es. Sprinkle in the ،in, paprika, salt, and chili powder. Stir well.
